RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Before returning any merchandise purchased through our website or cancelling any online order, return authorization/cancellation approval must be obtained. Please fill out and submit the form below and a TarHunt.com representative will contact you with details regarding the merchandise return/order cancellation process.
 

Return Policy

TarHunt.com will authorize no return after 20 days from the date of customer receipt of the item. Where applicable, products MUST be unopened, unworn and otherwise unused, and in resalable condition. All returns must be pre-approved. You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from TarHunt.com before sending any products back. Please return all products attention your issued RMA# to:

Customer is responsible for freight charges on all returned items, unless a shipping error was the reason for the return. 
 
Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on custom-built or customized firearms. If any firearm we provide to you does not meet our high standard of quality we will take the steps necessary, at our discretion, to rectify this rare situation. We are also unable to accept returns or exchanges on all ammunition, gunpowder products, primers, percussion caps, shot and bullet products, as well as primed or unprimed brass products due to hazardous materials restrictions. 
 
Non-Defective Merchandise

Non-defective merchandise which is returned must be unused and is subject to a 15% (fifteen percent) restocking charge, with a minimum charge of $10.00. 
 
Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is to be repaired or replaced. No action will be taken and any warranty shall be deemed void if customer abuse is evident. 
 
Need To Cancel An Order You Placed Through This Website?

To cancel an order you have placed through this website, please fill out and submit the form below. Once you order from our online store, we start processing it right away. For that reason, it is possible -- depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order -- that we have already shipped the product to you. In such a case, you will need to treat it as a product return (See our return policy above) and not an order cancellation
